A Journey of Adventure, Excitement, and Joy with My Parents

Thailand is a country that is renowned for its stunning beaches, rich cultural heritage, and vibrant history. In 2016, I was lucky enough to visit this amazing country with my parents, and it was an experience that I will never forget. As our first foreign trip, we were all incredibly excited to explore this fantastic land and make memories that would last a lifetime.
Our journey to Thailand began with a flight from Dhaka to Bangkok, and upon arrival, we immediately headed to Pattaya. The road trip from the airport to Pattaya was a breathtaking experience. The rolling hills and lush green landscapes were a stark contrast to the bustling city life that we were used to, and the friendly driver, beautiful weather, and refreshing wind made the journey even more enjoyable.
Once we reached Pattaya, we checked into a hotel that was nothing short of luxurious. The hotel staff warmly welcomed us, and my parents were thoroughly impressed by the facilities. During our stay in Pattaya, we spent several days indulging in the hotel's delicious buffet, sampling local cuisine, and exploring the local markets.
One of the highlights of our trip was visiting the Coral Island. The beach was simply stunning, and my parents were in awe of its beauty. We reached the island via a speedboat, and the ride was just as thrilling as the destination. I even tried paragliding for the first time, and it was an experience that I will never forget.

Additionally, we visited Underwater World Pattaya and Ripley's Believe It or Not!, and my parents had a great time like kids.
Another unforgettable experience was visiting the famous Walking Street in Pattaya. This street is known for its lively nightlife, and I wanted to have a look at it. I explored the street, taking in the vibrant atmosphere, sights, and sounds. The street was alive with music, lights, and people having a good time.
After a few days in Pattaya, we headed back to Bangkok, where we visited the famous Floating market. It was an experience like no other, seeing vendors selling their wares on boats floating along the river. The sights, smells, and sounds of the market were truly unique.

We also visited Madame Tussauds Bangkok and had fun taking pictures with historical figures.

Then went on a shopping spree for beautiful jewelry in Thailand, adding to the list of our precious memories from the trip.

Bangkok was a shopping paradise for us. We explored various brand shops, malls, and boutiques, and even purchased gifts and chocolates for our relatives back home. The main shopping malls we visited were Siam Paragon, MBK Center, and Robinson, but we also shopped from street vendors.
In addition to Thai cuisine, we also tried some Indian and Bangladeshi food in Bangkok, and my father was a huge fan.

In conclusion, my first trip to Thailand with my parents was a journey filled with adventure, excitement, and joy. We returned to Bangladesh with our bags full of souvenirs and our hearts full of memories. The country and its people left a lasting impression on us. My father passed away in May 2022 but the memories we made on this trip will stay with us forever, and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to share this experience with my parents.
